This Sunday marks the first official day of summer and Father’s Day 2021…a holiday honoring fatherhood and paternal bonds, as well as the influence of fathers in society. In our house, Dad is the leader, protector, provider, chef, handyman, exterminator, taxi driver, coach, teacher, best friend, the man we love, the best man in the whole world...and he's still wearing his jeans from circa 2000. Cheers to all of the incredible Dads who give their heart and soul every day to their children and family.

As we head further into real estate’s traditional busy season, I'm seeing no slowing of the market in North San Diego County. The average number of days a home is on market continues to drop and buyer demand remains very strong with limited inventory.
