It’s Memorial Day weekend and I am forever grateful for those who fought for our country, and I have an incredible appreciation for those who continue to fight. This year will look a bit differently as we mark the unofficial start of summer & honor & remember those who have served while still being cognizant of COVID -19. As we continue to watch the updates evolve from both local and state governments with regards to the pandemic, I remain humble and thankful that we have been able to continue to find homes for our incredible clients during this unprecedented time.
Real estate continues to be an ultra-localized entity and in regions that have lifted restrictions, there is a notable uptick in properties going under contract. Whereas in many areas where restrictions are not lifting, public inventory levels remain low, and more private sales are being transacted. As always, our team is here to help and support in every way and we look forward to continuing to help everyone find their place to call home, as we know that's more important now than ever.
