With These Easy & Refreshing Cocktail Recipes

1 (750mL) Bottle Dry Rosé

½ cup Brandy

½ cup Grand Marnier

2 cups Club Soda

2 Cara Cara Oranges, Sliced

2 Limes, Sliced

1 cup of Melon Balls and Watermelon

1 pint of Strawberries, Sliced

2 tbsp Orange Sugar, For The Glass Rim

Add all the fruit to the bottom of a pitcher. Pour wine, brandy, grand marnier and club soda over the top and stir. This tastes great when it sits in the fridge and “marinates” for a bit. To serve, rim a glass with some orange sugar, add ice and pour the sangria over top.

To make the orange sugar, take 2 tbsp sugar and toss it with the zest from ½ a cara cara orange.

½ cup Fresh Blackberries

2 oz Dry Gin

1 oz Blackberry Liquor (optional)

1 oz Simple Syrup or Agave

1 ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Ginger Beer or Soda

In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries with gin, blackberry liquor (optional) lemon juice, simple syrup or agave, until broken up and they release their juice.

Double strain, using a fine-mesh strainer, to remove seeds.

Fill 3-4 glasses with ice. Divide the mix among the glasses, and top with soda or ginger beer. Garnish with a blackberry and fresh citrus.

1 ½ oz Blueberry Vodka

1 oz Elderflower Liqueur

½ oz Lime Juice

½ oz Simple Syrup

Place vodka, elderflower, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously to combine.

Place blueberries in the martini glass and strain contents of shaker into glass.

2 large strawberries Stems Removed and Halved

1 tsp Sugar

4 small Mint Leaves

1 ½ oz Gin

1 Lime Wedge

4 - 6 oz Tonic Water

Place strawberries, sugar, and mint in a mason jar or tall glass.

Muddle to combine.
