With These Easy & Refreshing Cocktail Recipes

ROSÉ SANGRIA
1 (750mL) Bottle Dry Rosé
½ cup Brandy
½ cup Grand Marnier
2 cups Club Soda
2 Cara Cara Oranges, Sliced
2 Limes, Sliced
1 cup of Melon Balls and Watermelon
1 pint of Strawberries, Sliced
2 tbsp Orange Sugar, For The Glass Rim
Add all the fruit to the bottom of a pitcher. Pour wine, brandy, grand marnier and club soda over the top and stir. This tastes great when it sits in the fridge and “marinates” for a bit. To serve, rim a glass with some orange sugar, add ice and pour the sangria over top.
To make the orange sugar, take 2 tbsp sugar and toss it with the zest from ½ a cara cara orange.

BLACKBERRY BRAMBLE
½ cup Fresh Blackberries
2 oz Dry Gin
1 oz Blackberry Liquor (optional)
1 oz Simple Syrup or Agave
1 ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Ginger Beer or Soda
In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries with gin, blackberry liquor (optional) lemon juice, simple syrup or agave, until broken up and they release their juice.
Double strain, using a fine-mesh strainer, to remove seeds.
Fill 3-4 glasses with ice. Divide the mix among the glasses, and top with soda or ginger beer. Garnish with a blackberry and fresh citrus.

BLUEBERRY VODKA MARTINI
1 ½ oz Blueberry Vodka
1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Place vodka, elderflower, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously to combine.
Place blueberries in the martini glass and strain contents of shaker into glass.

STRAWBERRY MINT GIN & TONIC
2 large strawberries Stems Removed and Halved
1 tsp Sugar
4 small Mint Leaves
1 ½ oz Gin
1 Lime Wedge
4 - 6 oz Tonic Water
Place strawberries, sugar, and mint in a mason jar or tall glass.
Muddle to combine.
