This weekend we celebrate the amazing fathers in our lives and the first official day of summer!  In our household, nothing works without Tom’s strength, protection, loyalty, and love of our family.  This week’s blog is dedicated to him and all of the fabulous Dads out there who love and support their children endlessly every day. 

Summer has become the new spring in the real estate market with homes being listed and sold very quickly, lack of inventory is still driving up prices, and low-interest rates remain consistent.
