FUN COCKTAILS TO END SUMMER + WELCOME FALL
This Friday, we wanted to share a few delicious drink recipes to end-cap summer, while also sharing some delicious ways to truly celebrate fall! Whether you're treating yourself to an amazing brunch at home this weekend, or would like to get in the mood for fall decorating - there's a yummy drink recipe for you!

Summer Bellinis 3 Ways
Ingredients
BLACKBERRY THYME
2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1/3 cup Orange Juice
1 (750ml) bottle champagne, chilled
fresh thyme sprigs, for serving
RASPBERRY PEACH
2 cups fresh or frozen peach slices
1/3 cup Orange Juice
1 (750ml) bottle champagne, chilled
raspberries, for serving
STRAWBERRY LAVENDER
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon dried lavender
1/3 cup Orange Juice
1 (750ml) bottle champagne, chilled
Directions
BLACKBERRY THYME
1 - In a blender, combine the blackberries and Florida's Natural® Brand Orange Juice. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, discard the solids.
2 - Add 2-3 tablespoons puree to wine or champagne glasses. Top off with champagne and add a sprig of thyme. Drink and enjoy!
RASPBERRY PEACH
1 - In a blender, combine the peaches and Florida's Natural® Brand Orange Juice. Blend until smooth.
2 - Add 2-3 tablespoons puree to wine or champagne glasses. Top off with champagne and 3-4 raspberries. Drink and enjoy!
STRAWBERRY LAVENDER
1 - In a medium pot, bring the strawberries, Florida's Natural® Brand Orange Juice, and lavender to a boil over high heat. Boil 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool. Blend, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve, discard the solids.
2 - Add 2-3 tablespoons puree to wine or champagne glasses. Top off with champagne and serve with fresh lavender. Drink and enjoy!

Apple Butter Old Fashioned
Ingredients
Coarse sugar, for the rim (optional)
1/4 cup apple cider
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Dash of orange bitters
1 tablespoon apple butter
2 oz bourbon
Ginger beer or ginger kombucha, for topping
Garnish - thinly sliced apples and cinnamon
1 - If desired, rim your glass with coarse sugar.
2 - In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple cider, lemon juice, orange bitters, apple butter, and bourbon. Shake to combine.
3 - Strain into your prepared glass filled with ice. If desired top with ginger beer. Garnish with cinnamon and apples. DRINK!Â

Fig Honey Thyme
Prosecco Smash
Ingredients
6 fresh figs, diced or 1 tbsp fig preserves
1 small, ripe red plum, diced
2 oz elderflower liquor
Juice from 1 lemon
2-4 tbsp honey, depending on your taste
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves + more for garnish
Prosecco, for topping
1 - Add the figs, plums, elderflower liquor, lemon juice, honey, and thyme to a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, gently push the figs down until they release their juices and are lightly smashed. Add ice. Place the top on the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into 2-3 glasses.Â
2 - Top each glass with prosecco. Garnish with figs and fresh thyme.

Blackberry Bourbon Smash
Ingredients
Granulated sugar - for the rim of the glasses
Zest from 1 lime - again for the rims
8 fresh blackberries
7 leaves of mint
Juice from half a lemon
1-2 tbsp honey
2 oz bourbon more or less to taste
Ginger beer for topping
1 - On a shallow plate, combine the sugar and lime zest. Run the lime wedge around the edge of your glasses, then invert each glass into the plate to create a sugar/lime rim.
2 - In a cocktail shaker or glass jar, add blackberries, mint, lemon juice, and honey, using a muddler, (or even the end of a rolling pin or another kitchen tool). Muddle all of the ingredients together, squishing everything to release the juices. Add the bourbon.
3 - Add ice to your rimmed glass and pour the drink over the ice. Top the glass with a little more ice and then pour the ginger beer over, gently stirring to combine. Garnish with fresh mint. DRINK!

Fig Bourbon Cider Smash
Ingredients
1/4 cup apple cider
1 tsp orange zest + 2 tbsp juice
1 tbsp fig preserves
2 oz bourbon
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Sparkling water, for topping
Fresh figs, for serving
1 - In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple cider, orange zest, orange juice, fig preserves, bourbon, and balsamic vinegar, if using. Shake to combine.
2 - Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh fig. DRINK!Â
