“A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.” - Christopher Reeve
Spring always reminds me of my Mom; it's her favorite season and she is very passionate about the Easter holiday. Some say the word Easter is derived from Eostre (also known as Ostara), the ancient goddess of spring. She symbolized the rebirth of each day at dawn and the rebirth of life in the spring.
As we work together through this global pandemic, I find my Mom’s beliefs of love and hope to be extremely inspirational. The spring season is dedicated to renewal, rebirth, and the many blessings we have that should be celebrated as we support each other through this unprecedented time. It’s during these moments that we will witness the resilience and beauty of the human spirit.
Take care of yourself, your loved ones, and your community.
