“One of my greatest fears is not being able to change, to be caught in a never-ending cycle of sameness. Growth is so important.” – Matt Dillon

Summer is just around the corner, the kids are rolling into their last two weeks of final exams, and we are ready to have some fun in our HOT spring + summer real estate market. The typical cycle ramps up around now as families want to get settled during summer into their new gorgeous homes, have children registered in school, and be ready to roll into their new lifestyle by summer to hit the beach and get their toes in the sand!

We are very excited to announce that our Bubbles + Bites events are back and tonight we are hosting a special invitation-only soiree for you to tour our JUST LISTED Del Mar Meadows Estate! US Home prices are rising the fastest in Phoenix, Arizona followed by Las Vegas and San Diego - all 25% or more and the median home prices have risen 216% since 2000 (Time). That is a lot of #GROWTH so please come and cheers with us the beauty and lifestyle of this incredible place we are lucky enough to call home, we would love to see you!
